RUVIS – Crime Scene and Laboratory

Crime Scene investigators will be trained on the care, use and applications of the SceneScope® RUVIS system at the Crime Scene (locating and photographing untreated prints under short-wave UV) and in the laboratory (Cyanoacrylate fumed prints).

Program includes: Theory of Light, Spectrum, UV Reflectance and UV Absorption, Wavelengths, Protective Goggles, Gloves & Clothing. Safety aspects. Hands-on workshop (Latent print enhancement with UV angle), SceneScope® maintenance.

These training programs are offered to Law Enforcement Agencies and take place at their facility. Prices include all expenses. Prices are for U.S. Law Enforcement Agencies. Extra fees may apply for foreign destinations, based on availability of airfares, travel time, and local costs.
