The Annual Meeting of the AAFS is a large, multi-discipline event, always with many interesting seminars and papers being presented.  SPEX Forensics attends each year in collaboration with our Horiba Raman Division. 

Raman Spectroscopy is technique that looks at the vibrations of the individial chemical bonds that make up a molecule.  Raman allows for fast, non-destructive analysis of solids, liquids, powders, and gases.
